Our Story
Built in Bangkok for cross-border trade
TrustGuard Global was established in Bangkok — at the geographic and commercial heart of Southeast Asia’s trade corridor — to solve a problem we saw repeatedly: capable businesses on opposite sides of a border unable to transact because neither could safely move first. The buyer feared paying for goods that would never ship; the seller feared shipping goods that would never be paid for.
Our answer was a neutral third party that holds funds and documents until agreed conditions are evidenced, and that verifies who is really on the other side of the transaction before capital moves. Today that practice spans escrow structuring, business and supplier verification, identity and compliance checks, inspection coordination and dispute resolution for buyers and sellers across five regions.
We are deliberately not a bank, an insurer or a law firm. We are an independent escrow and verification partner — our value lies in neutrality, documented process and honest advice, including telling a prospective client when a transaction is not one we can safely support.
Purpose
Mission & vision
Every engagement is measured against one question: did both parties finish the transaction with what they agreed to, and with their capital protected while it was at risk?
That question shapes how we staff our desk, how we write our escrow agreements and how we decide which transactions to accept.
Our mission
To remove the trust barrier from international trade by holding value neutrally, verifying counterparties independently and documenting every release condition in writing.
Our vision
A world in which any two businesses — regardless of size or location — can complete a cross-border transaction with the same confidence they place in a domestic one.
Core Values
What we stand for
Six principles govern every escrow, verification and advisory engagement.
Independence
We act for the transaction, not for either party. Release decisions follow the written agreement — never pressure from either side.
Confidentiality
Transaction details, documents and identities are handled on a strict need-to-know basis and never shared beyond the agreed process.
Rigour
Every release is evidenced — by documents, inspection reports or certificates — before funds move. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Education first
We publish practical guidance on escrow, trade risk and compliance so businesses can ask better questions — even before they engage us.
Security by default
Identity verification, sanctions screening and secure handling of funds and data are built into every engagement, not added on.
Honest alignment
We decline transactions we cannot safely support and give candid risk feedback — a declined engagement beats a failed one.

Why TrustGuard Global
Why businesses choose TrustGuard Global
Escrow is only as strong as the agent holding the funds. Businesses engage us because the process — not a promise — is what protects them.
- Neutral by design. We are paid for process integrity, not for favouring either party. Release conditions are agreed in writing before funds move.
- Documented everything. Escrow agreements, release checklists, verification reports and inspection records create an auditable trail for every transaction.
- Verification-led. Counterparty, identity and sanctions checks happen before capital is committed — the cheapest point to find a problem.
- Candid risk feedback. If a transaction’s risk profile cannot be safely structured, we say so. Clients value the declined deals as much as the completed ones.
- Education over sales. Our country profiles, industry guides and FAQ exist to make you a better-informed trader, whether or not we end up working together.
